Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order items:
  • Category 1: (trays, small tables, mini bookcases, finished  boards) approximately 3-5 business days
  • Category 2: (bookcases, large tables, other custom/personalized work) 3 weeks 

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves the workshop.

Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control. Please inquire about RUSH items here.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.

Packaging All pieces are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Larger furniture items are dissassembled, wrapped, and packed to ensure they arrive as intended. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged on Arrival If your package has arrived damaged in any way, please take photos of the outside of the box. If it has further damage to the actual piece, take all relevant photos and submit here so that Woodland Comforts can make a claim on your behalf with the carrier for refund and so we can find a resolution together.
